Michael Ruggieri Client Relations / Assistant Account Management In every company, there are go-getters and there are passive job 'do-ers'. We are proud to staff Mike Ruggieri in a position we often refer to as the 'glue' in our company. Mike interfaces with our clients and hustles to make sure their concerns and revisions are met within a timely manner. He is a whirlwind of effort, a rare quality to find in an employee. He is often the last step in our quality control, before files are release to clients or outside vendors like printers, and continues to project manage those jobs until they are delivered to our smiling clients. Off the clock he provides a lot of the laughter and fun that a creative agency thrives on, but when its 'go time', there is no doubt about who we to turn to when the phones are ringing and the task list of the day is growing.
