Joel T. Jordan VP Creative Joel is the founder of Earthprogram, Ltd. a creative company based out of New York City. Joel is a published author of the book "Searching for the Perfect Beat", a collector's edition graphic novel focusing on the progressive design trends of the 1990s in New York City. He is one of the leading designers and art directors in the music industry.
